If you navigate to http://www.ebucks.com, and select the "Login" button (you can try \
this without having to be a registered user), a blank screen comes up.  The link of \
the button is: "http://www.ebucks.com/eB/LoginServlet".

As soon as you press the button, Konqueror goes to a blank page, and says "Loading \
Complete" in the taskbar.  After that there is no Network traffic over the modem, and \
it just sits.

Netscape, Mozilla and Opera work fine on this site.
