I chose "Settings / Configure Toolbars" in Konqueror's main menu to remove the button "Full-Screen Mode". It's not enabled by default, bit I enabled it.

When I tried to move the button "Full-Screen Mode" from the list of current actions to the list of available actions, the Full-Screen Mode - Button didn't move, the program deleted the non-re-addable action "ActionList: fullscreen" instead.
