OS/Compiler notes: 

when i wanted to upload a file via HTML file-upload form and clicked 'browse' button \
-- file open dialog apperaed. then i switched to another konquerror window, where i \
had png image finished loading, and tried to view it, however, i couldnot scroll the \
image in that window, but some other actions (like window resize) succeed, when i \
closed file open dialog -- image window started to work OK (scrolling and etc.).
