I can't figure out where the problem is on this, but it looks like konqueror
is getting messed up dealing with var=" = " or other such things.... 


The ACID package (PHP interface to the Snort IDS system) works fine under
Netscape and IE - but Konqueror doesn't like the Search interface at all. As
far as ACID is concerned, konqueror is corrupting the data it sends via GET
or POSTs to the search form (I've tried both). It's stripping spaces where
it shouldn't (e.g. <OPTION VALUE=" " > produces value of "" instead of "+"),
and the backend claims it's getting values of '"' for variables where no
data was entered.

Attached is the HTML version of the form - hopefully someone can easily see
where the problem is. I can't point you at our ACID site - it's a security
package and unfortunately most people running it won't make it available via
the Internet so some strange reason :-)
