I think that having an incomplete regexp support is worse thant having
non support at all because:
	- The test "if (window.RegExp ) { ... }" won't detect an incomplete
support.
	- Allowing incomplete support when complete support is available is a
sort of bug.
	  From the web developper side, you just see that the regexp fuction
does'nt behave
	  like the ECMA norm says, and thus you think that this is a bug.

PS: By the way, "[[:xdigit:]] and other regexps like this one" is not in
the ECMA norm (unfortunately). Using these syntaxes won't work under
IE6+. (I hope that they'l bee supported some day anyway)
