Apparently.  I'm an idiot.  :)  

Looks like that did the trick.  Emails are now going in and out.

Your config line here will be ignored because it is a comment.   You have a # 
at the beginning.

$myhostname = 'pontiac.centralsw.com'; 

or

$myhostname = `hostname --fqdn`;


Should do the trick.
