Should be in..
  System Settings -> Personal Information -> Add -> Kolab Groupware Server
nothing there?

It'll only let you set up one Kolab account, presumably you don't have one already?

Do you have /usr/bin/akonadi_kolabproxy_resource and /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/accountwizard/kolab/kolabwizard.desktop ?
