Yes, you have to look into the kolabmailboxfilter specific log, aka
/kolab/var/kolab-filter/log/filter.log ( before 2.2 it was
/kolab/var/resmgr/resmgr.log)

you mean restarting just the kolabd daemon ? Or restarting all the
