Ups... yes, you are right, sorry.
I'm used to vote a bug pressing in the top-right of the page in:
  "Votes:  5 (vote)".
Now I've realized when the bug is "INVALID" I still can vote pressing in the 
bottom of the page.

So, there are my 10 points for this wish.
