I have installed the packages according to this page
ftp://ftp.zfos.org/brew/kolab/BIN/kolab-1.0.14-20031126/ix86-redhat9/README.

At the end of the installation, I need to run
'/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap -b' but I don't know how to configure
the _hostname_ and the _domain name_ for a localhost. :'(

Also, I don't know how to manage the firewall.

I would like to run it as localhost first before running it on my own
domain.

Thank your very much for your help.
