tested with Kontact enterprise35 20101022.1190006-kk4

Test:
1. Unset the SMTPS password.
2. Try to send a mail.
=> password dialog appears.
3. enter a false password.
=> Mail is in the outbox.
4. Double click on the mail in the outbox.
5. Try to send again with wrong password.
6. Press Return.
=> Crash.
