Tricks seem to exist to make lex/flex work with UTF-8, as the recommended 
tokenizer in flex for CSS2 can tokenize UTF-8 files ( see in Appendix D of 
the CSS2 Specification ( http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2 .))
