Ah, the bad guy has been found ;-)
Yes, KOffice 1.1 is released now, you can import the new RTF filter.

(Sorry for forbidding this before 1.1, we already had many problems with another
filter being imported slightly before, and breaking compilation on some systems
etc. Sufficient testing before a release is really necessary).
