Eek, not yet-another-list of charsets.
Are you sure that the small discrepancies you found in kcharsets's list
are really a problem ? I'm sure that at least konqueror parses eucjp and euc-jp
just fine (see the list of aliases in charsets.config), and I guess the other browsers
too.
Did you ask Lars about this charset naming issue ?
I'd prefer to get some more info on this instead of committing yet another list
of charsets, that will need to be updated when adding support for a new charset.
