Hi,

I am posting this to koffice-devel, because kspell seems to be maintained
by koffice developers and because this bug affects kword & Co.

I got this bug report for KNode: http://bugs.kde.org/db/28/28334.html
The spellchecker dialog disappears when it encounters an '$' character
in the text. I can reproduce this problem in all KDE applications that
use kspell, i.e. if I enter a dollar character in kword spell checking
will stop at this character. I use ispell and the standard english
dictionary. ispell doesn't seem to have any problems with the dollar
sign when used standalone.

Any ideas?

Greetings
Christian
