Given U.S. law, anything can be considered a blatent rip-off.  If someone names
their software "Large Mouth Bass", I'm sure someone a US laywer would find them
guilty of similarities to some software called Virtual Lawyer or something.

Kisio probably would have been a better target for a lawsuit - so I don't think
Kivio has any worry in the future.
