what a tremendously good idea! we in userland will be made happy, 
happy. consistent behavior across apps is a good thing. of course, 
it's still better if it's consistent *good* behavior, though 
consistency probably wins even if the behavior were bad (which i'm 
*not* saying applies anywhere in kde2), because at least then the 
surprises are fewer and competence is more quickly attained.
