Yes. DCOP has bindings for some nice languages and via dcop
(the shell tool) you can even use bash scripts to script
KOffice/KDE. Right now, however, only KSpread, KPresenter,
and KWord have a nice DCOP Interface. The rest of KOffice
only has the default interface implemented in the libs.

kscript is used by KSpread exclusively, don't know if it's
valueable for "normal" scripting as it's quite restrictive.
