kdecore ?? I don't think so :)
All of the above is in KOffice, so I would put it in the koffice libraries.
Either as a new library, or as part of the kofficeui library - although it
doesn't really look like the rest of what's there.
Maybe there will be other things that are necessary for filtering/importing,
in which case we could have a libkofficeimport or so... For now, I'd say
kofficecore or kofficeui.
