Sorry, to bother you again,

i tried to rearrange Killu's menu structure as discussed with Thomas
yesterday. I had some problems with "View" and "Settings".
Can somebody please explain me why it's like this:

View->Show Ruler
Settings->Show Toolbar

It's the same in kword as well. What's the difference in showing one thing
or another form the users pov ?
