Note that you will soon have another Krayon client - Kword. I am making the 
MsWord import filter direct all vector graphics to killustrator (see recent 
checkins for putative MS Office Drawing filter for killustrator - not yet 
enabled for builds BTW), and I plan to make it direct all images to krayon 
ASAP.

I think it would also be good to make killustrator handle all embedded 
images via krayon at some point.

That way, we'll have what Microsoft never achieved, a coherent approach to 
pictures.
