1) Nobody says Thomas has agreed to rename the koffice suite, as Cyrille 
explained
2) Picking a new channel is not a surrender of the koffice name. Both groups 
(A and B) claim the koffice name, yet Group B has created a new irc channel 
(#calligra). That doesn't mean Group B surrenders in the koffice name. Even if 
you disagree with this, you still can create a separate channel for internal 
discussion without leaving #koffice (group B people has done this even before 
#calligra was created). Just don't use #koffice which should be a neutral 
place until the naming issue has been solved as a Group A official site.
