Mostly bug fixing since 2.2, only new things are:
* Posiblity to create resource teams consisting of working resources.
* Required resource. A working resource may require material resource(s) to do 
it's work.

Changes between kplato rev 0.9 and 0.10 (koffice 2.2 - 2.3)

Resources:
* Add posiblity to create resource teams consisting of working resources.
* Add required resource. A working resource may require material resource(s).
* Use project target times if resource available from/until is not specified.
* Make material resources always available by default.

* Limit selection to a single row, deletion only handles one row.
* Add new account after the selected account.

Schedule editor:
* Make undo of delete insert deleted schedule in the old position.
* Limit selection to a single row, deletion only handles one row.
* Add new schedule after selected schedule.
* Fixed crash when selecting Scheduler, when the scheduler plugin used for scheduling \
                is no longer available.
* Fixed bug in schedule distribution xml save/load.

Work&Vacation editor:
* Insert new  calendar after selected calendar.
* Fixed color of working hours in day view to not clash with select color.

Milestone gantt view:
* Fixed save/load of context information.
