I must say, that I agree with Jos on the democratic aspect. And the next step 
will be to work on that, and to define a democratic way to select maintainers 
and release coordinator. So yes, it would be a step in, and get elected :)

When it comes, to Kivio right now, Yue, even if you haven't commited yet your 
work, I personnaly consider that you are the only active Kivio contributor. So 
you might want to discuss about the situation with Peter Simonsson who is the 
current official maintainer.
