And WAITFORINFO should probably be only used when waiting for info. Like in 
the case of:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=248372

Bugzilla has a lot of nice features for triaging bugs, lets use them. It is a 
bit unfortunate that "LATER" is marked with the keyword "RESOLVED", but I 
think that Nokia tester can survive this ;)
