I have already tried to create new Mock object, but in:
1. plugins/textshape/tests/TestDocumentLayout: there's not possible to include \
KWTextDocumentLayout to use it in my new mock object. 2. \
kword/part/tests/TestDocumentLayout: there's not possible to include Layout to work \
with more shapes There's no way how to test it without moving, or redesigning some \
files. Maybe there's some advisable place where to create new Test, where is possible \
to use (include) Layout.h and KWTextDocumentLayout.h and all other layout classes \
which I need to test layout process as one piece.

I suggest adding a line of code like this then; 
KoShape shape2 = new MockTextShape();
