Also more the policy is more about being safe and conservative, than to be 
strictly accurate. Since as mentioned by the SFLC, a wrong copyright line is 
just legally null, a missing one, however, is a legal threat. In other word, 
those lines are mostly useful for us to track who has copyright claim in case 
a problem happen. So it is easier if the list is exhaustive, so that a lawyer 
can easily reduce the list, inself of having to track everything.
