This patch makes it possible to have shape as hyperlink.

Description:
When KoTextLoader loads document, hyperlink string is saved into KoShape wh=
en needed.
TextTool checks if the mouse pointer is over shape with hyperlink and when =
yes mouse cursor is changed and it is possible to click to follow link.
