Changes

This is simple page brake implementation. It's used just to handle simple page brake. \
No conflicts detected. (New section page brake is implemented in Layout.cpp. It's \
based on new section has new master page name. It works only if it's set on \
paragraph. In fact it can be set also on tables. It doesn't work for tables. I guess \
that we can have also problems as it's based on master page name, if new section can \
have same master page name. This can be disabled when pairing master page styles and \
inserting with key KoGenStyles::AllowDuplicates)


Summary

Imlementation of page brake in text handler. Calling of page break on new section \
with page brake while text parsing in Parser9x
