Changes

* compressionCheck function renamed into saveDecompressedPicture
* removed the unneeded call to savePicture from saveDecompressedPicture
   


Summary
-------

Pictures in EMF and WMF format may be compressed by the DEFLATE algorithm.  Using the \
qUncompress function to decompress the data.
