From my casual inspection, the kdchart bundled in koffice is going to need 
some love 
1.  to export/install the api/headers properly
2.  not expose or use kdablibfakes in exported headers

(that's part of what I worked on yesterday)

So, not sure if this will be of any practical use outside of koffice before 
kdab does it the right way anyway.
