SVN commit 1106326 by osterfeld:

rename hardcoded predefined styles from e.g. "P1" to "Ppredef1" to avoid clashes with \
dynamically created styles. Exceptions are pr1 and pr2, they must exist and their \
names are hardcoded in other places. Otherwise the custom styles created in the \
filter will be ignored. CCMAIL:koffice-devel@kde.org
