Technically requiring Qt4.6 means KDE4.4, KDE4.3 is not supported with 4.6, in 
reallity, for us it does not make a problem, Qt4.6 + kdelibs 4.3 is ok for 
KOffice. When it comes to KDE4.2, I do not think it is honest to stay that we 
still support it, unless there is someone actually testing KOffice with KDE4.2. 
(and on side node, Krita requires 4.3 for a while now)
