I downloaded the latest stable version 2.1.1 to build. I had cmake and g++
installed already but cmake kept giving numerous errors. I searched around
for solutions and each time I was needing to install another program
dependency. After installing a dozen or so for programs, Kword, Karbon,
Kformula, and Kchart built and installed just fine. I have not gotten the
other applications built and installed yet because I'm guessing I'm going to
need other dependency programs installed first. Thanks for the links to the
Qt tutorials. I've looked through some of the source code files and I will
defiantly have to learn some Qt basics before I will be of any use.
