I've just find out that we're not so sure about this.
E.g. in order to have this feature [1] by default (eneded for basic
security), we need to have our own copy of sqlite:
[1] http://sqlite.org/compile.html#secure_delete

Later maybe it would be kept in kdesupport or predicate.
