I think we need a TableOfContent class, really. The current implementation is 
basic, but if you look at the spec (or the code I wrote about one year ago), 
there is still much to implement. A TOC is made of some "TOC generation 
templates" that must be stored. They would be much better stored in one class, 
that would be able to parse them, save them, and "interpret" them...
