Well, these are for handling input devices like the space navigator. I guess 
it's up to Jan to check whether there's a better name, but the only thing
I could imagine is something like KoInputDevice* -- and that's not much better.

Documenting these should probably be done by Thorsten, my guess is that
these classes are meant to provice shape-specific actions on events...
