I understand some of you would prefer a post on the mailing list. but I cannot follow high traffic mailing lists. basically, I have this question. How much work is required to get kivio up to speed with Qt4, KDE4 and KDE on Windows? Let say a company would need several license of Microsoft Visio, could I consider trying to convince the company to put a resource on kivio instead of buying those licenses. the resource should at least know OO, C++ and some Qt. but he might not know all the difference between Qt3 and Qt4, neither as Qt development on Windows. How many days/hours this represent? what has to be done? could someone prepare some kind of project like this under which someone could be mentored and helped throughtout the process? thank you very much in advance for your time and comments regarding this.
