Hello,

first of all thanks for fixing the toolbox so more then 10 shapes in a section
are possible. The toolbox is now useful again for people trying out svn.

I agree with Jan here that the behaviour with Peters patch is cleaner for me.
Let me explain:
When you select a shape and the dynamic tools gets shown the place where the
tools are change totally (this depends on the number of tools per row, it
happens when there are e.g. 4 columns) with the toolbox in svn. With the patch
it only adds a line under the default section. The other sections just move
down but keep their positions. I think that makes it much easier for the user
to find the tools again. It also clearly shows what belongs together.

It amount of space used in both versions is compareable sometimes it is less
without the patch sometimes it is more. In total I would say this is not much
different.

I have created some screenshots of the toolbox with and without the patch: You
can see it here:

I really would like too hear from the krita developers what they think about
both solutions as this (the behaviour for the toolbox) at the moment only
happens in krita as sections are used there.

I agree that reducing the number of tools/dockers is a good but it should be
thought out well and discussed here.

Have a nice day

Thorsten
