Update on website progress

Short short version;
The www.koffice.org is normally updated by changing files in svn; this is 
disabled from now on.

Slightly longer;
The php setup required for our new CMS and our old (/current) pages is 
incompatible and so I spent my morning turning the website into a static 
one. The php file-extensions are just for show, essentially ;)
As this touches every file we can't sync with svn anymore so I turned that 
off.

This allows us to work on the CMS now so we hope to come back to you with 
more details soon.
