Summary
-------

Now bookmarks are loaded/saved well. It was because of deprecated (i guess) interfaces used in KisPerChannelFilter, those are swept out of KisPropertiesConfiguration and KisSerializableConfiguration long ago =)

And a bit of refactoring =)

Could someone review and/or test it before the commit?
