I've had a look at the script manager in koffice libs and add/remove scripts 
does not work.
This is *mainly* because the kdelibs kross implementation is buggy.
I have issued a patch of kdelibs/kross to kde-devel, but it's still waiting 
for approval.
If the patch is accepted, I feel that kokross should also be fixed so it can 
handle removing and adding scripts from *local* files as the ui is there and 
active, it just doesn't work.
GNHS should wait, though, as the ui is deactivated.
