BTW, expected skills are:

Qt DOM, C++, analytic skills so you can analyze existing documents or/and the 
ODF specs in order to develop smart converting routine.
The conversion is not trivial (to say at least) and for sure not possible for 
XSLT tools nor it is based on one-step.

Estimated time: one month full time (8h a day), but _you_ will have to make 
your own estimation.
