First, thanks to Girish for putting up the site :)
Did everybody planning to attend fill in his (any females here?) availability?

It seems there is a certain preference for the 1st or 2nd week which
makes sense to me.

Can we maka decision on this then? I believe most of us have to book a
flight/train/room/babysitter. I think this meeting is *very* important
and it would be plain stupid to fail on it because we don't decide on
the time.
