Hi Thorsten,

apparently you ran Doxygen on the srcdir of Eigen. This is currently 
unsupported, although Gael has been trying to make that work using scripts, 
but for now consider that it doesn't work.

The correct way of generating Eigen's docs is to run cmake and then "make doc" 
from the builddir.

The reason why we do that is that we have many little code snippets in the 
docs, they are automatically completed to compilable form, compiled (hence in 
particular checked for validity), run, and their output is then included in 
the docs next to the snippet. Makes for nicer documentation.
