Hi Max,

I'm sorry, but I don't have time to work on instant messengers, I have far too 
much on my table as it is. I have never heard of retroshare, but if it's a 
good program, I'm sure that Jonathan will look at it even without my 
help. :-)

However, there is already an instant messaging program for KDE: kopete.  You 
will have to compete with them, and since I don't know much about instant 
messengers I have no idea which is better.

If you wanted to get retroshare into KOffice, I think that getting it into 
kontact, the Personal Information Manager package of KDE would be a better 
idea. They are about things like that.
