Due to the significant risks end recurring efforts involved for both parties
it simply makes no sense to use the KOffice trademark as part of a company
name.

It is a rather simple rule that if the risks and efforts outweigh the benefits
it is economically sound to drop an idea.

Anything else would strangle all involved parties in endless adding of
band-aid procedures and regularities in order to try to fix a broken concept.

In some way this is very similar to software architectural decisions.

(*) IMHO this is the main source of revenue for lawyers but not good for
efficiency and piece of mind.
