* Usability improvements in treeviews:
 - Make sure current item is in-view when view gets focus
 - Scroll view to keep current item in-view when navigating with keys
 - Home: Goto first item, first row
 - Ctrl-Home: Goto first item in current row
 - End: Goto last item, last row
 - Ctrl-End: Goto last item in current row
* Use duration spinbox everywhere for editing durations. It's easier to use 
than the old DurationWidget.
* Improve layout and operation of list based dependency editor.
* "Create Template From Document" added.
