Less work is bad?
The plugin is pretty empty, we are focussing on other functionality first, but 
i'm pretty sure it will eventually have more messages.
Also relevant is that the apps should decide what to do with their dockers 
that other apps can reuse.  Some of them should be moved to this subdir.  But 
none of the app devs has actually done this so far.

How do I specify which 'message catalog' to load?
I asked David and he said that the plugin loading mechanism should pick this 
up.
But I have not looked at the details myself.

Do note that we are also still hoping we can find a volunteer to make the 
plugin-selector dialog where that one string will actually be shown.  In 
other words, the string will not be visible in any GUI yet until that 
happens.
