Dear Madam, Sir,

The OpenDoc Society is a Dutch-Belgian initiative to promote Open
document formats.  We list you on our site, http://be.opendocsociety.org
(for the moment only in Dutch, sorry), as makers of an application that
can create Open and accessible documents. =20

On November 14th, we organize a promotion campaign, which a lot of
local politicians will attend.  Would it be possible to send me some
promotional materials, like banners, posters or brochures, that we can
use to dress up the meeting hall and that we can distribute to
attendees?  I could also send invitations for the event to your local
Dutch or Belgian representatives, if you provide me with their contact
info.
